Active Terms: 2026-10-17 Jasper County IN Jurisdiction USDA FSA #12345

Commercial cattle transfers and machinery execution require defined contractual clarity.

Front Range Farms structures all livestock inspections, machinery dispatches, and website interactions through explicit operating terms. We operate an inquiry-only destination where rate schedules become firm commitments only after written confirmation and on-farm verification.

2026-10-17Effective Date

These master operating terms, livestock warranty schedules, and machinery dispatch protocols took effect on October 17, 2026.

Every transaction initiated through frontrangefarms.com or executed on our farmstead premises is governed by this active release. When our herd management or field cropping operations adjust, revisions to these covenants are posted directly to this dated rail. Continued communication with our dispatch team confirms your acceptance of these operational provisions.

2018Established

Contractual agreements are executed directly with Frontrangefarms, trading as Front Range Farms at frontrangefarms.com, a commercial agricultural enterprise operating out of DeMotte, Indiana.

Frontrangefarms trades publicly as Front Range Farms and maintains primary operations at 9451 N STATE ROAD 10, DEMOTTE, IN 46310-8830, DEMOTTE, IN, United States. The enterprise is managed by John Smith, dairy farmer and crop producer, since 2018. Verification is maintained under USDA Farm Service Agency #12345 and active membership in Indiana Farm Bureau. Direct operational contact is maintained via telephone at (219) 987-7808 and email at [email protected].

2Core Enterprises

Our commercial operations are strictly confined to dairy livestock transfers and contracted agricultural machinery and field labor.

Front Range Farms provides:

  • Commercial Dairy Cattle Transfers: Conditioning and transferring commercial milking head and verified replacement heifers priced between $1,500 and $2,500 per head, evaluated on somatic cell counts, parity records, and parallel parlor compatibility.
  • Contract Farm Labor & Machinery Operations: Supplying experienced equipment operators billed between $14.93 and $22.00 per hour for parallel milking parlor execution, bulk cooling tank sanitation, TMR feed wagon mixing, tractor tillage, grain drill seeding, and self-propelled crop spraying.

This enterprise does not operate commercial slaughterhouses, retail dairy bottling plants, auction rings, or speculative animal brokerage services.

0E-Commerce Checkouts

No financial transactions or binding purchases occur through this website; every listing operates on an inquiry-only basis.

Front Range Farms does not host a digital shopping cart, online payment portal, or automated checkout system. Rates displayed across this website represent standard baseline parameters. An inquiry submitted via bolo4b8.php, support chat, telephone, or email constitutes an initial operational request.

A formal order exists only after:

  1. Our farm office verifies livestock availability or field equipment crew schedules;
  2. A written agreement detailing head counts, hourly minimums, or acreage targets is signed by John Smith;
  3. The prospective purchaser completes an on-site yard inspection or waives inspection under written protocol.
USDAll-In Rates

All rate cards and quotes are calculated and billed in United States Dollars based on confirmed operational criteria.

Published base schedules reflect:

  • Commercial Dairy Cattle: $1,500 to $2,500 USD per head. Final individual quotes depend directly on herd head count, confirmed milk production volume, individual lactation parity, somatic cell count history, and on-farm milking parlor adaptation.
  • Contract Agricultural Labor: $14.93 to $22.00 USD per hour. Final billing depends on machinery operator qualification level, shift requirements (night milking vs. daylight harvest), equipment class operated (utility tractor vs. high-clearance self-propelled sprayer), and seasonal urgency.

Fuel surcharges, dedicated livestock hauling fees, or veterinary testing certificates for interstate transit are calculated prior to contract execution. We do not apply unitemized administrative fees.

100%Prohibited Abuse

Visitors are prohibited from executing automated data harvesting, scraping herd databases, or injecting unauthorized network payloads.

When utilizing frontrangefarms.com, visitors must not:

  • Deploy automated web spiders, scraping scripts, or headless bots against our inventory tables or inquiry forms;
  • Transmit deceptive, fraudulent, or unsolicited commercial messages through the dispatch chat interface or bolo4b8.php;
  • Attempt to circumvent server authentication, probe backend scripts, or bypass Consent Mode v2 signal handlers;
  • Misrepresent affiliation with USDA Farm Service Agency, Indiana Farm Bureau, or livestock regulatory bodies;
  • Mirror, re-syndicate, or scrape technical agricultural copy and equipment data without express written permission.
100%Reserved Rights

All farm photography, technical specifications, brand marks, and operational documentation belong exclusively to Front Range Farms.

All materials published on frontrangefarms.com—including high-resolution photography of our DeMotte farmstead, parallel milking parlors, TMR feed mixer wagons, grain drill planters, and high-clearance field sprayers, as well as the Front Range Farms wordmark, seal mark, and editorial copy—are protected by United States copyright and trademark laws.

Agricultural producers may download or print individual equipment specification sheets or catalog listings solely for internal operational evaluation. Any secondary commercial redistribution, unauthorized advertising use, or synthetic AI model ingestion without written license is prohibited.

1.5–2.0Acres / Cow Basis

Website materials, agronomic models, and estimated dairy metrics are provided on an as-is operational basis.

While Front Range Farms maintains rigorous livestock management balancing 1.5 to 2.0 tillable forage acres per head, biological variations occur naturally in commercial agriculture. Estimated milk production levels, butterfat percentages, and lactation curves are derived from historical herd records and do not constitute an unconditional guarantee of future individual performance under external management regimes, feed rations, or facility environments.

Weather conditions, soil compaction, and machinery availability may adjust seasonal planting and harvesting labor windows. Front Range Farms disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond express written covenants.

$0Consequential Damages

Our aggregate liability arising from website usage or unexecuted inquiries is strictly capped at amounts paid for services rendered.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indiana state law, Frontrangefarms, owner John Smith, and employed farm crew members shall not be held liable for indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages. This limitation includes, without limitation, loss of herd milk production, crop spoilage resulting from adverse weather delays, machinery transport interruptions, or digital transmission errors.

In any event involving confirmed contracted services, total liability shall not exceed the actual contractual sums paid to Front Range Farms for the specific animal transfer or equipment labor block at issue.

ImmediateRight of Refusal

Front Range Farms reserves the unconditional authority to deny website access or refuse agricultural service contracts for breach of terms.

We reserve the operational prerogative to suspend communications, cancel scheduled farm visits, or terminate service contracts immediately if a party:

  • Violates acceptable farm safety or biosecurity guidelines when visiting the DeMotte yard;
  • Fails to execute agreed payment schedules for livestock transfers or equipment operations;
  • Attempts unauthorized tampering with digital messaging services or inquiry APIs;
  • Engages in hostile, deceptive, or unsafe interactions with farmstead personnel.
INState Jurisdiction

All agreements, transactions, and site disputes are governed under the laws of Indiana with exclusive venue in Jasper County.

These operating terms, our commercial cattle contracts, and contract machinery agreements are governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action, formal claim, or dispute arising out of these terms or farmstead transactions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of DEMOTTE in IN, United States.
